It’s a star, it’s a plane, it’s a… If you look up at the night sky long enough, a “shooting star” might eventually catch your eye. This point of light is different though, because unlike a shooting star, its movement is slow and deliberate. It must be an airplane then, but unlike an airliner travelling at night, this object is not blinking and is completely silent. Chances are what you are looking at is a satellite.
